These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Nickname Generator, available at nicknames.nikhilka.com (the "Service"), operated by Nikolay Gilka ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. What the Service is
Nickname Generator is a free, browser-based tool that generates nicknames for games and social media — every style (Random, Cute, Gamer) and the Invisible Nickname mode are unlocked for everyone, with no payment, sign-up, or limits. It's built and maintained by the same team behind NexTag Gamer, a more advanced nickname generator (Custom Nick, Invisible Nickname, and more) — the Service links to it in a few places.
2. No account required
The Service does not require you to register or provide a name, email, or password, and does not set any tracking cookie — see our Privacy Policy for details.
3. Historical PRO purchases
Before September 11, 2026, the Service sold a paid "PRO" unlock (Gamer style + Invisible Nickname) via Paddle. That paid tier has been discontinued — those features are now free for everyone. If you purchased PRO before this date and have a question about that purchase, see our Refund Policy or contact us (§6).
4. Generated nicknames
Nicknames produced by the Service are generated algorithmically from word lists and combination rules; we do not claim ownership over the specific nicknames you generate or use elsewhere. We can't guarantee that a given nickname is unique, unused, or free of trademark conflicts on any particular game or platform — that's on you to check before adopting one.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service beyond normal interactive use;
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
