Refund Policy

As of September 11, 2026, Nickname Generator is entirely free — every style and the Invisible Nickname mode are unlocked for everyone, nothing to buy. This page only applies if you purchased the paid "PRO" unlock that the Service used to sell before that date.

1. 14-day refund window

If you purchased PRO before September 11, 2026 and weren't happy with it, or it didn't work as described, contact us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

2. How to request a refund

Either of these works:

• Reply to the payment receipt email you received at checkout and use the refund/support link in it — our payment provider (Paddle, acting as merchant of record) can process the refund directly; or
• Email us at [email protected] with the email address or order ID from your receipt, and we'll request the refund on your behalf.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method and are typically visible within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

3. After 14 days

Requests made after the 14-day window are reviewed case by case — email us and explain the situation; we're a small operation and would rather sort things out than lose a customer over a technicality.
